"Job Complete! My family woke up Christmas
Morning 2004 to enjoy our child's first Christmas.
To our dismay, we found 4-5 inches of water in our
basement. After evaluating the situation, my husband
discovered that our water heater had busted down the
seam causing the flood. My husband called the emergency,
after hours number to Parker Young.
To my surprise, we had two (2) workers from the
company at our house within the hour....on Christmas
morning! They had the water pumped out (extracted)
and dehumidifiers in place in no time. During the
rebuilding stage, the company discovered a dangerous
wiring problem with multiple areas of blackened
areas on the wires. Our house was an electrical
nightmare. We are so thankful for Parker Young's
assistance, going out of their way to help us during
this stressful time. We now have a beautiful basement
and can rest peacefully knowing that the electrical
time bomb was fixed."

"We especially appreciate the crew that you
sent to our home. Your Supervisors over the crew:
They took charge of everything and didn't once slack
up. You figure you would start off great but then
they would do just what they had to do to get by and
make their time. (This did not happen at all.) Your
Supervisors always kept us aware of what they were
doing and when they might be late getting on site.
We also felt very comfortable leaving our home with
your employees inside with our personal items, because
we knew the Supervisors would not leave without letting
us know. We lived in our home while they did their
work, and of course left items laying around inside
and out, but we felt comfortable that they would be
in their same place when we returned home from work.
They all did the job that they were there to do in
a very respectfully manor. They watched the walls
when they brought material in, (very long boards)
and kept the floors as clean as possible, and always
cleaned up before leaving. We are very happy with
the work that they did and recommend them to everyone.
We will surely use them again if we should need them."
